Is there a 'treat' type snack that doesn't contain sugar or sugar alcohols?

I tried almonds, but they taste weird. Thanks in advance.

My favourite healthy snacks are roasted peanuts and cashews (unsalted)

There are many snack foods that come in sugarless versions. Ask about them at your grocers or visit a health food store.

Sucralose is not a sugar alcohol. But Splenda adds maltodextrin and dextrose that are carbs. About three carbs or 1 calorie per packet

"Treat" snacks might be things like potato chips, tortilla chips, pretzels, crackers, etc.

Or you could try proteins like hard boiled eggs, cheese, beef jerky, yogurt, etc.
