Is there a 'treat' type snack that doesn't contain sugar or sugar alcohols?
I tried almonds, but they taste weird. Thanks in advance.

My favourite healthy snacks are roasted peanuts and cashews (unsalted)

Is it for you for dieting/diet or a child?

There are many snack foods that come in sugarless versions. Ask about them at your grocers or visit a health food store.

Sucralose is not a sugar alcohol. But Splenda adds maltodextrin and dextrose that are carbs. About three carbs or 1 calorie per packetSource(s): https://paleoleap.com/sugar-alcohols-the-good-swee... http://www.splendaprofessional.com/studies-science...

"Treat" snacks might be things like potato chips, tortilla chips, pretzels, crackers, etc.
Or you could try proteins like hard boiled eggs, cheese, beef jerky, yogurt, etc.
