Is there a difference between 'most' and 'virtually all'?

    I think virtually all is a greater percentage than "most".

    yes. 6 out of 10 is most. 9 out of 10 is virtually all

    No....75% would be 'most' but you wouldn't call that 'virtually all'.

    occasionally , rather more often than somewhat however .

    To me, at least, virtually all is MORE than 'most'.

    Most, in my opinion indicates the bulk, or even 'nearly all' and usually around 75%-95%.

    Whereas in my opinion 'virtually all' means JUST under all, i.e 100%, such as 99%, or in the region of 95%-99.9%
