If you booked your tickets through one airline site, your luggage will be booked through to your final destination when you check in. If you're stopping, for example, Europe, you will NOT have to claim your bags- they will be transferred to your next flight. You will be in transit, and will not go through immigration or customs, although there may be a security check of your carry on bag. If you stop in one place in Canada and transfer to a plane to another place in Canada, you WILL go through immigration, claim your bag and walk it through customs- then you'll hand it over to an airline employee to be taken to your next flight. It's quite painless.

As for the Creatine- I don't know if that's legal. Personal drugs should be in your carry on. Canada is very concerned with smuggling, and bringing enough of anything to look like you're going to sell it can get you in big trouble at customs.

From Morocco the security check is only for things illegal to bring on planes in luggage or carry on as appropriate. Creatine powder should not be a problem in Morocco, but still possible it flags at baggage X-ray. At the arrival airport in Canada is definitely a check and subject to any taxes, duties or regulations.

Normally, you can just buy an equivalent when you get to Canada.

It's easier than explaining it when flagged for checks.

Probably OK, but is it worth possible delays?

    It's possible

Do you have a layover somewhere in Canada? In the US when you get to your point of entry you have to deplane, get your luggage and go through security all over again.

I had a flight from Paris to Detroit as my final destination but I had a layover in Indianapolis before I got to Detroit and I had to go through the same process in Indianapolis as I did in Paris to board the plane.
