Try ctrl+. That is, press the ctrl and + keys at the same time... hold ctrl down, and press + until the text is the size you want. If it gets too big, press - (subtract sign) instead.

If it's an issue of settings/you changed it somehow, there's surely some font option in "Settings" (assuming you're using Yahoo... each will be different, though; Gmail has it as a "zoom" option when you click the 3 little dots, etc...).

I've known about the "Ctrl" thing for some time, but that is only a temporary fix...i.e. that current page. I need a fix that changes the size permanently.

You do it in your browser. Changing it in your browser changes it for all websites you go to. The other option is to zoom your browser in. Browsers default at 100% but if you hit the Ctrl key and the + key on the number keypad then you can zoom in. Ctrl and the - key zooms out.

You did not mention what email you have -- yahoo? Google? or What?

Make text in your web browser bigger or smaller:

Towards the upper right-hand corner of your screen, you should see three dots (...}. Click it and a drop down list will be available. Choose ZOOM and set it to 100%. That should fix your problem.
