Why might it be that practicing isn’t improving my hand printing very much?

One of the best ways to improve your handwriting is to learn a new font. By writing in a way that is different from how you currently write, you can ditch some of the bad habits you currently have and work on developing good habits

It means that you haven't been doing it enough. With enough practice, just about anything is possible. However you have to decide if that is what you want to spend your time doing.

It takes time for your hand muscles to develop the dexterity to print well. Impatience for it why most boys and men have horrible handwriting. even their signatures are illegible. Girls and women in the royal court were taught calligraphy in the middle ages because girls had time do it. It also takes magicians a long time to master sleight of hand. You're teaching muscles to function in a different way than how they are meant to, and that takes time. Practice, practice, practice.

Cuz ur overstressing and trying too hard.
Take some breaks buddy, and think through it. U might have a disability, if so tell your teachers and ask them to give you special assitance. I'm sure there is somebody who ca n help you. Even a friend, parent, cousin, etc.

Maybe you have learned bad habits and your practice is not effective because you are practicing bad habits. You might want to watch some videos and do some research to find out what you are doing wrong and the correct way to do it and then practice it the correct way. Or it could be that you are just being impatient and you just need to keep practicing to improve your skill. Also many times when we try to learn something or make a change like losing weight we don't see the progress we have made, while others do. Just keep at it and eventually you will get better.
