Nursery Practititioner homework help?

Childrens learning journeys are kept in a filing cabinet in the main playroom, but other observation records are stored in practitioner files.

Do you think this is an appropriate way to store them, give reasons?

Is confidentiality being maintained?

It depends on what type of “other observations” you are talking about, whether or not the main playroom file cabinet is secured, whether or not the practitioner files are secured, and who has access to ANY of the files.
