Trump confirms he raised Bidens in Ukraine call. Should Democrats immediately go for impeachment? Any impediment? Ukraine in frame?

Why limit the necessary response to only Congressional Democrats, Stephen? The Oath of Office for our elected leaders, from House, Senate, and the White House, is to protect and defend our already great nation and the Constitution from all enemies, both domestic and foreign.
Why is it that the Republicans in Congress (with two exceptions so far) are failing to provide oversight and enforcement of the law where Trump is concerned? How dare they refuse to put country over their hidden-agenda politicking! What ever happened to patriotism? Impeachment and removal from the power Trump is abusing daily should be top priority rather than letting this ugly vulgar lifts-wearing sociopathic narcissist sell us out to the highest hostile foreign government.

So what if he talked about Biden?

The present day US Senate will not convict this President of any crime. So there's no point in revving up the impeachment machine.

Impeachment is the only answer. Seems clear he extorted them, likely even offered a quid pro quo. But it's not necessary to show he extorted them or offered a quid pro quo. The man used his high office to solicit foreign election interference. If that's not enough, let's drop the pretense of being a republic.
