Don't leave out Quinoa. Its the only grain with all essential amino acids.

As long as the animal products are not fed corn, they're fine. Everything else is spectacular, but you don't have to be so limited.
All you need to do is avoid the poison in the foods you are trying to stop eating. It's kind of backwards. No magic foods except for a few evil ones that turn off your brain's ability to feel full.
