What temperature is medium heat on an electric skillet?

I'm using an electric skillet to cook and each recipe needs me to put things on low, medium, and high heat. But my skillet only takes a numbed temperature (F). So what are the equivalents?

Update:

*It takes numbered temperatures.

Well the least number is the 'low' setting, and the highest number is the 'high' setting, and the 'medium' setting will be halfway between the two!

The 200-250 would be low heat. The 300-350 would be medium and all above that will be considered high heat.

Well “medium” whatever the scale. You know, sort of in the middle of the range.

Added, in other words, exactly what denise said.

300 degrees apparently. The information at the link below might be of interest to you as well.
