If Atheists are really going 2 try 2 prevent people from being allowed 2 pray in school why do we even have a 1st Amendment if its worthless?
Their is no Point in having the 1st Amendment around if people are just going to walk in and tell people they are not allowed to pray what is next for their agenda Death sentence for anyone that believes in God.
For the record if we are going to be that kind of America its time to get rid of the Amendments completely...since no one honors them

School is for education not indoctrination!
It was not too long back when schools taught comparative religions giving a fair appraisal of many religions and at that time prayer was also used. Then the Christians demanded that only Christianity be taught and as everyone knows that is against the constitution so religion and prayer were removed!
1st Amendment - Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the freedom of speech or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
The U.S. Constitution is a secular document. It begins, "We the people," and contains no mention of "God" or "Christianity." Its only references to religion are exclusionary, such as, "no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust" (Art. VI), and "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof" (First Amendment). The presidential oath of office, the only oath detailed in the Constitution, does not contain the phrase "so help me God" or any requirement to swear on a bible (Art. II, Sec. 1, Clause 8).
Sadly it is the right of all citizens not to be indoctrinated that you oppose!!!!!!!! And think about what you want! Lots of other religions and Islam is overtaking Christianity so before you left school you could be being forced to be a Muslim if you got your way!!!!!!!!!!

The First Amendment prevents the federal government of the USA from prohibiting the free exercise of religion.
Allowing a person to command all the children in a classroom, under threat of punishment, to clasp their hands, bow their heads, and mumble some words to demonstrate their submission to the leader's deity (even if they were of a different faith) is NOT free exercise of religion.
The federal government HAS NOT prohibited the free exercise of religion in school. It has stopped people from coercing religious submission out of schoolchildren.
Children may now freely exercise their religion in school - WITHOUT any coercion by bullies, bigots, or zealots, which is what many of them had to endure until 1962.

Are you aware that the Order went out to test ALL that the Atheists had been claiming as their so posit proofs, since they had LOST and GOD had replace the Supreme Court in the 1930s? These tests were finished in 2007 with ALL of the scientists discovering that ALL that the Atheists had used are Fakes! The Majority of what the Atheists had claimed to be 'millions to billions of years old' were tested and discovered to really be New BONES and all from already known of animals! Of what fossils they did have most were still in different stages. Few were totally fossilized! And even the oldest of them are just 6,000 years old! Same as the Bible states!
After these reports on these tests came out, Federal Law was passed that Requires ALL Atheism is required to be removed from all the public schools in the USA! Each state is required to do this!
This Law also requires ALL of the confirmed history in the Bible is Now Required to be taught it in public schools also! Every sentence of history in the Bible have anywhere from three to over 250 Records found to confirm each one!
Some states have done this. Some seem to be avoiding it.
Perhaps you can get your state to Obey this Federal Law?

Nobody is stopping anyone from praying. You can pray while you're walking down the hall or when you're taking a piss in the restroom. The objection is forcing everyone into praying. Besides, what god should be the "preferred" god? Perhaps you should spend more time learning instead of praying....it's "there" not their.

They get away with it by misinterpreting the part that says "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion" by claiming that is talking about the separation of Church and State. That term appears nowhere except in the Russian Constitution, however.

Atheists aren't stopping anyone from praying in school.
Students can pray all they want.
There just can't be any prayers led by school officials.
