It is called point gaming and a TOS violation.

People who want to be able to spam the boards with many versions of the same rants, name calling, pictures of people for rating, and other kinds of posts that are not truly questions seeking knowledge, end up losing points and to continue they build up points by posting nonessential 15 letter strings since they can no longer just post one word or a period.

    Spambots usually do that.

Lazy people typing in a minimum of 15 characters in order to get 2 easy points so that they can accumulate enough points to continue to ask stupid and meaningless anonymous troll questions.

I think those answers are being posted by the trolls who keep posting pics of girls and asking questions about them and the troll who asks the "Can she be a model?" questions.

  • Point gaming trolls.

Those seem to come from newer accounts with low points, so I suspect it's trolls just trying to build up points. Flag their answers.
