If you start to put on muscle then how do you know...?
How many calories you need to consume to keep fat off and still maintain your muscle? Like if you weigh 180 at 5'2 and you get down to 123 and then from there you build muscle how do you determine how many calories you need to stay skinny on top of building muscle?

You need to determine how many calories you burn a day. Once you have that, I would eat about 200-300 more than I burn

its hard because muscle weights more than fat. the more muscular you are, the more you weight. the better measure is BMI or just your muscle tone in general. in these cases, just monitor your weight and taper your eating until you meet those goals or stop feeling hungry all the time.
