chronic kidney disease stage 2 what is it and what can I do?

It's a very mild reduction in your kidney function. (Usually determined through a blood test that measures your GFR.)
The only thing you really need to do is treat any underlying conditions that might be contributing to it. If you take a lot of meds that are metabolized through the kidneys, see if you can cut back or switch to something else. (Talk to your doctor about it.) If you have high blood pressure, get it under control. Stay well hydrated.
