Help with my screen time out settings?

I just installed Windows 10, and things changed. And I can't remember how to change them back.

When my screen times out, the time comes up and bounces around the screen until I move the mouse and wake it up.

Where do I go to change the display? I don't want the time to bounce around so much... I want it to go slower so I can read it.

Please help! Thanks!

    Go to Control Panel.

    Then

    Personalisation

    Then

    Lock Screen.

Scroll down to the bottom and you should find Screen Saver Settings

Click on it and it should bring up a pop up window. Find the bar which shows Rotation Speed and move the slider until you get the speed you want.

A quicker way is to type Screen Saver into the search facility at the bottom of the screen.
