Paracetamol overdose?

What would happen if someone took a Paracetamol overdose but refused to tell you how much.

How would this patent be treated?

blood levels and there is a nomogram for this that the results can be applied to. Then there is an antidote depending on when they took it and the rest is support care

If it was an overdose regardless of the amount, they would be treated the same.

It happens far too often. Their blood would be tested and they'd be thrown out of the emergency department as soon as medically possible and their medical file labelled 'attention seeker'. It won't get you sectioned.
