    KE = m/"*V^2 = 0.75/2*0.3^2 = 0.034 joule

    KE = 1/2 m v² put in your numbers and use your calc

    .75kg is about 2 pounds, are you sure it's not in grams?

    KE = 1/2 * mass * speed^2

    0-75 kg? That's a big ball in a breathing appartus.
