$1200 would be my best guess

Good luck finding a used engine for that. Average mileage will be 200,000 for a 2004, a waste of money to install such a high mileage engine.

Cost varies by location. Labor for a used engine swap is probably 1500 in San Fransico and 800 somewhere in Kansas. Calling a local shop and getting an estimate is your best bet.

Parts plus labor, Skippy. Maybe you should ask the people who you want to do the work.

Who cares? Way cheaper and easier to pull the head off and replace a few intake valves.

$3,000 ballpark, a lot more expensive than replacing the belt.
