How about discussing the science and the solutions, rather than personalities.

A liberal is some one who is willing to respect or accept behavior or opinions different from one's own, they are open to new ideas and they are favorable to or respectful of individual rights and freedoms. In a political context liberals favor individual liberty, free trade, and moderate political and social reform.

If this answer does not satisfy the question, then the question is unrelated to liberalism.

Because it’s not about global warming, it’s about blaming others.

You must be looking at a tiny specific part of it

Have you noticed that almost all politicians, regardless of political affiliation, are millionaires?  It's true.  Being a politician is an EXTREMELY lucrative business.  And it IS a business.  The idea that Elizabeth Warren or Rand Paul or Bernie Sanders or Ted Cruz or any of these people gives a flying F-bomb about 'the people' is laughably naive.  Their allegiance is determined by which set of voters they plan to fleece.

The only way to reduce corruption in government is to reduce POWER in government.

They are smarter and more successful than you, and they understand how good the science is behind global warming.

BTW, their "limosines" are self-driving all-electic Teslas, and they pay the power company a bit more per KWH to source renewable energy.
