It's really unlikely but Iran would lose.

Saudia Arabia is talking about an "act of war" . And they will NOT act without full backing from the USA ----expecting us to do all the heavy lifting again.

And since we're in an election year........Trump is looking for that "War president" merit badge.

The decision for war is for Iran to decide.

We will accommodate them either way.

Trump is going to be as open and flexible as one could be, to try diplomacy first. Knowing the mindsets of Iranian people, I would expect they could lose up to 1/3rd of their military, before admitting defeat. Trump will not go easy on them.

Highly unlikely. Trump is great at talking, bad at actually meaning anything. Acting tough is all his supporters wanna hear; because everytime we go to war, America loses their appetite real quick when Billy, Bob, and Joe Applepie down the block come back home in a casket.

Also, the world would not support threatening a large chunk of the world's oil supply, as Iran has nothing to lose. It also doesn't help that Trump is the type to push for exoneration of war criminals. A little something the Iranians will keep in mind…

Source(s): Not to mention all the potential fifth columns or homegrown Ayatolla-sympathizers. All it takes is a pistol or a rifle, as Americans aren't as accepting of death as other countries are.
