    Olive or vegetable oil will soften/dissolve most tape glues, then can clean up with soapy water. Most cart screens are going to be plexiglass or Lexan plastic so you don't want to be too aggressive with solvents or items/products that will scratch plastics. You can find plastic "razor blades" at auto paint shops if you had to. I'd park it so the sun warms up the area, apply some oil with a clean soft cloth and have some patience and very little elbow grease.

    If the windshield is glass, one of those razor blade scrapers will work. If it's sunglass, you'll need professional help so you don't leave a spot.
