Why won't my avatar photo show up for the public, only I can see it from my account?

I changed my photo for my avatar, but when I sign into a different account, my old photo shows up instead.

It takes days for your avatar to be seen globally.

Give it a couple of days. The change is rarely instant.

Did you just Recently Changed it ? if so it takes up to 48 hours for it to Appear Everywhere on the Site
