If a democracy cannot change its mind, it ceases to be a democracy, are brexiters worse than Joseph Stalin and Kim Jong-un?

Yes, I can think of a million things that was promised in government manifestos that didn't come to fruition, whatever happened to the Tory promise of reducing immigration to 10's of thousands?
Here some more:
1. We will balance the books by 2017 and then run a budget surplus.
Reality : The deficit is still £50billion a year and will not even be closed by 2020
2. We will not increase VAT, Income Tax or National Insurance Contributions.
Reality : Chancellor hiked NICs in first Budget before being shamed into a U-turn a week later.
3. We will work to end child poverty.
Reality : Child poverty is on the rise and forecast to get even worse when new welfare cuts kick in.
Nobody cares about these broken promises, this is because Brexit is a cult created and instigated by tax dodging billionaires to get poor people to vote against their own economic interests.

Democracy can change it's mind but not before implimenting the last democratic decision it committed to. Delaying implementation undermines confidence and creates uncertainty. Having to use courts to discredit actions for political gain is perverting the course of democracy. Both sides are as bad as each other
