Antonio Brown played in 1 game and scored a TD for the Patriots. If they win the Super Bowl this year does he/should he get a ring?

Well the NFL would let them if they wanted, but why would they want to? No he doesn't deserve a ring for playing in WEEK 2. If it was a playoff game that might have been different, but not for week 2.

That's up to the players who vote on who gets a share. I don't think he should but I don't have a vote.

To get a ring you have to be on the team when they win the Super Bowl.

hell no. nhl players play in 50-60 games scoring tons of goals and points before being traded at the deadline and still dont get their name or a ring, if they were playing on the team that won

I learned that the winning team can typically present rings to whomever they choose, including usually, but not limited to: players (active roster or injured), coaches, trainers, executives, and many others.
