Does the UK have selective service?

Do Brits have to sign up for selective service just like Americans? I think selective service should be abolished in my opinion...

No, we don't have anything like that. There was National Service but it ended in 1960.

If for some reason National Service was reinstated, like a major conventional war or a right-wing government thought it was a good idea, it would apply to all healthy young people within a certain age range like 18-20 or 18-35. I can't imagine it would exclude women since women are now allowed to serve in the infantry and other combat roles as of early 2019. There'd be no draft lottery like they have in the States.

Not for a very long time. During, and after WWII, but, not since then.

No, there has been no National Service in the UK since the early 1960's.
