is there a safe medication to be taken for a sinus headache if you have diabetes?

    Typically, Tylenol is one of the most recommended pain relievers and is usually considered safe for diabetics.  (my husband is diabetic and that is the one the doctor has recommended for him.)

    As for the sinus issues, you need to find a decent decongestant to help relieve the sinus pressure.  You could ask a pharmacist.  They also usually know what medications are safe based on a person's other medications and other health issues.  Most decongestants are usually safe for a diabetic.
