    10 ÷ 2 + (5 × 2) =

    PEMDAS (BOMDAS is some places)

    Parens first

    (5 × 2) = 10

    Divide

    10/2 = 5

    you have Add

    5 + 10 = 15

    tada!

    First brackets, them multiplication and division. adding and subtraction should be in the end.

    It is: 10 divided by 2 plus 5 times 2 = 10/2 plus 5*2 = 15

    = 10 ÷ 2 + 10 .... mult. and division left to right

    = 5 + 10 ... addition and subt. L to Rt

    = 15
