To reduce anger, slow down and relax. Try to avoid saying the first thing that comes to mind. Before you feel yourself getting overly excited and feel you are in danger of losing control of your emotions; Learn to control your anger before it controls you. TRY TO FOCUS ON POSITIVE THOUGHTS.

Anger is a normal human emotion. We cannot control feeling anger but we can exert control over it's intensity and how we manage it, so it doesn't have to necessarily mean it is such a negative thing. We need anger as much as we need fear to defend ourselves if the need arises.

I think it's different for everyone. But taking a step back and some deep breaths usually gives you enough time to think about your actions.
