why is it sometime dangerous when leaving a perpendicular or angle parking space?

    Well one of the biggest risks with leaving angled parking is the idiots that drive the wrong way in the aisle. The whole point of up/down angled parking is that you should only have to watch right behind you. Second is if you aren't driving a truck you might not see around the vehicle beside you so obstructed views. The person coming down the aisle might not see you either. Then of course you also have to be careful of the other people backing out at the same time.

    You need to be aware of what's going on around you as you reverse out of a parking space. Other drivers frequently don't yield to you as you're backing out and you COULD back into someone.

    Because you are backing out and must first ensure it's safe to do so.

    reentering the flow of traffic is always a little risky, because you're moving much slower than everything else, and if you failed to spot an oncoming vehicle, you'll find it difficult to steer out of the way in time.
