Certainly not the ones with wings. There are some known creatures such as Homo georgicus and more recent H. floresiensis that may be the basis of some myths, such as fairies, leprechauns, etc of small beings but that would be a very slight possibility IMO but still possible. It is like Jim Carey in Dumb and Dumber when told he had a one in a million chance. He happily replied "So you say there's a chance ?"

The mind is a remarkable thing and all things are possible to those who believe. Be very careful about calling things of this nature good. Most are evil. I hear people calling witches = Good Witch. There are no good witches.

Witchcraft is forbidden by God and what is magic, but attempting witchcraft and sorcery.

Unless you're talking about those guys who wear lots of leather and hang out in certain bars, that would be a no.

Here’s what they believe in Iceland. Fairies are not good, they are evil Little beings almost like big wasps. They live underground in mud hives that have cone shaped mud entrances that stand off the ground a few feet, similar in shape to a traffic cone, and also having a similar hole at the top where they fly in and out on their way to do evil things to humans who normally can’t see them or their hives. The hive is always protected by a mean black dog that flips out if a human goes anywhere near it. The only time they can be seen is once a year on the night of October 31st when they are moving their hives. They are very dangerous when they are moving and you definitely don’t want them to catch you by yourself once the sun goes down. This is why everyone disguises themselves as a demon or other evil thing and gathers in large groups until after midnight. Now you know when and where to look for them, but if you find them they’ll probably just kill you and eat you anyway.

It's impossible for anyone to definitively say they don't exist. That would require proving a negative, which is logically impossible. However, considering there is no evidence whatsoever that they exist, and such a being would be so far outside the realm of everything we know about biology and species diversity, there is no reason to believe they are real or that there is even a slight chance that they are. But it's a really big universe, so if you extend the possibility of the existence of fairies to any other planet in the universe that could support life then your odds would go up, at least for their existence as a biological life form with a small humanoid body and wings for flight. The whole notion of them having magic, however, would defy the laws of physics.
