Most people walk more or less the same way except for the Japanese, who tend to scuff their feet along the ground. Also Japanese women tend to walk with their toes turned in - apparently it makes them look naive and appealing.

Everyone walks differently. Years ago at a place where I worked there was a covered area where the bottom of the sides were about 2 feet off the ground. all we could see were legs and we could name nearly every person just by the way the legs walked even though every person wore the same uniform and long pants. Race does not make any difference.

On the Conde Nast Travel site there are hilarious videos of peoole from many countries, demonstrating posture, walking, counting money, calling the dog, etc. TOO FUNNY!

No, people from different cultures do not all walk the same. For example, muslims tend to shuffle because they habitually wear sandals or shoes with pushed-down heels.

There was a song in the 80's called: "Walk like an Egyptian."

Yes, but that meant like the figures painted in Egyptian temples, looking as if people walked sideways with their arms and legs pointing right in front of them.
