Where is the Constitution does it say people can have all the guns they want?
I am not talking about the military or national guard which is mentioned in the 2nd amendment.

Nowhere. All rights have limits. Free speech doesn't allow you to scream death threats at babies at 3AM. The 2nd Amendment doesn't allow you to own whatever firearm you want. Congress is allowed to set reasonable limit on gun ownership.
And if Congress won't act there's one more option. Trump taught us this one — declare a national emergency.
Just think, when President Warren gets in office she can declare a national emergency and institute a mandatory buyback program for semiautomatic rifles.

It doesn't say, and need NOT say, as it does NOT place a limit on them, either.

Where in the constitution does it say people CAN'T have all the guns they want?

That is the great part of the second, there is no limit to the number or type of guns a citizen can own.
Of course the dems have their own interpretation of the 2nd, and that won't work.
Military or guard are NOT mentioned at all in the 2nd.
Another beauty is the second will not be needed until someone tries to take it.

America didn't have a Standing Army when The Constitution was written and the National Guard Act wasn't established till the early 20th Century(1903). The founding Father's believed in a well armed population that if necessary could augment the military if necessary in War or time of emergency. It's the same reason Benjamin Franklin a civilian donated a Warship to the Continental Navy.
