Do you feel physically stronger like you can lift more weight when you've eaten healthier?

    I'm strongest later in day after a few healthy meals.

    Continuously eating healthy food make you stronger. but after eating healthy food it is not possible to lift more weight.

    When I don't skip meals and I eat a big healthy salad for at least one meal, I'm happier and have more energy in my day. On days where I've been eating heavier and not so good foods, I feel run down.
