In average, how many days off does a company give emplyer when his or her parent is terminal illness and about to go to heaven?

Update:

I am talking about USA. It is state government job.

    If employee qualifies for fmla, one can get up to 12 weeks of unpaid leave.

    Anywhere up to 2 full months pay would

    be my guess but it depends on the exact company in question & how much they respect said

    employee.

    Heaven does not exist unless if you believe that since heaven would be too stretched in the universe since it grows very big each second if I were to die and go into a world of video games, I would have blessed whoever did that.
