If God loves us, why does he make it so difficult for us to go to heaven?

According to Matthew 7:13-14 very few people make it to heaven while the vast majority of us end up in heaven.

According to the Catholic Church there are hundreds of mortal sins and you have to do confession and penance for all of them or this "loving" God will torture you forever. And then worrying about commiting a mortal sin is itself a sin called scrupulosity you need to confess.

I envy the unborn children who are aborted. They get a free pass to heaven while the rest of us are doomed.

You must realize the truth that we were all Bored Cherubs , and 1 decided to learn to love all unconditionally ; where he imagine his own Growing-up Place . And then everyone wanted in ; but he told them they'd have to wear a God-Body as he , which is geared to have to become perfect ; or else they'd subconsciously punish themselves severely enough in order to motivate themselves to get back on the path .

If heaven wasn't perfect (and have its standards), then it wouldn't be heaven, of course. But there are other glorious resurrections mentioned by St. Paul, each of which offers its appropriate reward in the eternities. Jesus really can reward us according to our works.

It's not hard at all... all you have to do is accept Jesus as your Lord and Saviour.

How much easier could it be?

Pastors, priests, and religious teachers often say that it is God’s will that people suffer. Some may say that everything that happens to a person, including tragedies, has already been decided by God and that we can never understand why. Others may even say that people, including little children, die so that they can be with God in heaven. But that isn’t true. Jehovah never causes bad things to happen. The Bible says: “It is unthinkable for the true God to act wickedly, for the Almighty to do wrong!”—Job 34:10.

Many people blame God for all the suffering in the world because they think that God rules the world. But the real ruler of the world is Satan the Devil.

It's not hard. They don't want to go to Heaven so they don't.

In the bible there is no such thing as a mortal sin. All sins can and have been forgiven by Christ for those who put their faith and trust in him. That is all it takes to be a saint. That is all it takes to be pure in God's sight. If you read the bible, seeking out God firsthand, you'd know this. Instead, you've listened to other people telling you what he is like. Put down the 3rd-party information and seek God out for yourself. Only then you will know him and learn what he thinks and how he will judge. You are essentially hating God because of what you've heard a stranger say about him who doesn't know him personally. Is that how you get your information about people in your life? I doubt it. I'm sure just like many people, when you meet a stranger, you take some time to ask them questions. In doing so, you can see how they answer and see if it matches with what they say and what they do. I hope that one day you decide to seek out the God of the bible for yourself and not what some religion that is full of confusion has to say about him.

He didn't, us humans get so prideful to think they don't need Jesus to save them.
