Is 29 a good waist measurement for a woman?

I recently lost a lot of weight, and I've gone from 42-34-42 to 37-29-37. I feel skinny compared to what I was, but I wish my waist were a couple of inches smaller. Is it possible to lose inches off your waist with exercise? My weight has been stable for a few months and I'm probably not going to lose anymore.

A 29 inch waist is healthy on someone that is 4'11 or taller. You want your waist to be less than half your height.

A 29 inch waist is small on someone who is 5'8. It doesn't need to be any smaller.

Every body is different, and every person’s shape is unique. No two people are the same, which means individual factors like waist sizes don’t always mean much when it comes to health.
