You need an equation that relates energy to either wavelenght or frequency of the photon. You can use either

E = h f or its equivalent E = h c/lambda

where h is Planck's constant, f is frequency, c is the speed of light and lambda is the wavelength.

So if you use E = hf, solve for f gives:

f = E/h = 3.29 E-19J/6.6 E-27 J s

Determine this frequency and look up the corresponding color.

E = hc/lambda, so

lambda = hc/E

= 6.6E-34*3E8/3.3E-19

= around 6 x 10^(-7) m = 600 nm,

which is orange light.
