What am I experincing? And should I be worried about what this will turn into?

I ve been dealing with low self esteem since I was really young. In 2017 i started thinking of not eating. Now I m stuck in a stressful loop of not eating for most of the day and then falling about at around 3 and having a meal and feeling terrible about it. What is this?

You need to make an appointment with a therapist to help you. This isn't something you can handle on your own.

    This sounds like an OCD.

Your body's automatic self regulatory system is the actual truth that you should believe in, It needs you to eat regardless of what your brain in telling you to do.

Look at it like your brain is stuck in a loop but your body knows this and is over-riding it so that you get some vitally-needed nutrition. You feel bad about it but the body has got it's food so isn't in so much danger now.

If your brain was a computer you'd just run a malware checker and then reboot it. You need professional help to find a way to do this via discussion.
