All answers WRONG - there are 25 oz approx of WINE not alcohol in a 750ml bottle.. The alcohol by volume for wine is between about 11-13 percent. So 25 X .12 (avg) = 3 oz of 180 proof alcohol per 750ml.

I just googled... 750 ml equals how many ounces, and here is the answer that popped up... 25.3605 ounces
