Do i need to be 21 to drive a 1500 truck with my landscaping buisness name will it be considered a commercial truck?

I'll answer as to how I interpret your question. A "1500" truck - I assume to be a Chevy or Ford. That is just a car but it's called a truck. It makes no difference as to your age or business, it just requires a driver's license. What I wonder if you are calling "a commercial truck" is a tractor-trailer rig. A semi. Those require a class 1 license, which is an entirely different affair. Anybody with a driver's license, including you, can drive your Chevy pickup to your heart's content.

What do the commercial driving laws say about it in your state? Do you think we have all of the answers, for all 51 states?

If it's registered to "you" not your business it is a personal truck.
If you are an LLC, you will need to evaluate if having the truck in your name (not the business makes sense).
If you are a sole proprietor without an LLC, then you are the business....
