Why do I like females that look like this or similar to this?

They usually looked drugged or drunk or had too much plastic surgery. I don't understand it myself why I'm attracted to this look. Usually people will say they look ugly like they had too much plastic surgery or they look like they're high. But I find that type of look very sexy and it turns me on sexually. Can anyone explain this type of attraction to me?
