What taxes do a Limited Liability Company have to pay annually?

    Depends on where you are. For federal, you pay like a sole proprietor unless you elect to be taxed as an S-corp. State and local - pay the same taxes you would as a sole proprietor. In a couple states, there's an additional state tax for an llc.
