How do I get through a 16 hour day with no sleep?

I only have 6 hours between work shifts and my second set of shifts is 16 hours I can’t fall asleep. How do I get through the 16 hours?

Drink a lot of caffeine but if you're exhausted you might find yourself snoozing on the job or worse yet when you're driving home. That's too many hours to be working, especially if you already have another job.

Caffeine works for some people. 24 hours up is not that big of a deal every once in awhile. I used to do it every Saturday night...owned a dance club...open till morn.

You need some sleep, even if only a couple of hours. set an alarm.

coffee, drinks with high caffeine. try to stay away from electronics, they’ll make your eyes even tireder.

Barring that, ask yourself this: How much do I need this job?

It's just a job. It's not worth your life, or your health.
