What should say in a prayer to God?
Without asking for something or for help. All I think of is give thanks and praise. Other then that I don't know what to say. And yes I do know about the Lord's prayer that Jesus teaches us. Feel free to tell me about what you pray.

Before praying, one must wash oneself and be clean, then complete the obligatory prayers (5 daily in Islam), recite the Holy Quran while standing, bend to show that one is before God, then to lower by placing one's forehead in the direction of Mecca while exhorting God with divine respect.

There is nothing wrong with asking God for things or for help. I find that asking for specific things is often, but not always, better because when we get them we know we got them from God and can then thank Him for the gift. Prayers for God to help and to heal others sometimes brings miriculous results. Praying scripture that l have memorized is wonderful and when prayed repeatedly often brings insight into the meaningv of thew scripture. Pray this prayer when you are angry with someone:" God please help my brother (or sister) then name them, and forgive me a sinner for the sake of that brother's (or sister's) prayers." Pray this prayer repeatedly until your anger is gone but sometimes it only takes 1 prayer.

The Psalms in the Old Testament are full of matters brought to God in prayer, apart from praise. Yes, those Psalms were set to music and sung by God's covenant people in worship, and they teach us a great deal about prayer. Thanksgiving is a core theme, so keep doing that, but read the following and learn what else you can pray about:
Psalm 4; 5; 6; 9; 10; 11; 12; 14; 15; 16; 19; 20; 22; and by then you should be hooked on reading the Psalms as inspiration for your prayers. Notice how many of them start with praise and thanksgiving? That is the way to start prayers, but there is so much more to pray about!
However, if you are a believer who is somewhat isolated from the world-wide Church, you might need to educate yourself on what's going on around the world, with your brothers and sisters in Christ. That is a massive area for prayer. Also, if you are keen to share the good news about Jesus to others, you need to be in touch with those who do that, to learn from them matters of prayer to progress that vital ministry. There are, for example, various Bible Societies translating the scriptures into languages of very small groups of people, and getting the Bible to them. They covet our prayers. Expand your contacts with other Christians and you will soon find no end of matters to take to God in prayer, for prayer is the power-house of the Church (which is why so many church groups are spiritually weak - they are not devoted to prayer, as fellowships.) Learn to pray for the needs of others.

The Lord's prayer in Matthew chapter 6 gives you the best guideline of what to pray for and it is just an example of the things you should say and be aware of to hope for.
All Bible translations are good but my preference is for the authorized King James Version because it is closer to the original words.
Matthew chapter 6
9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. 10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. 11 Give us this day our daily bread. 12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. 13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen. 14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: 15 but if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

Everything that's on your mind. God would rather hear your own words than the Our Father for the ten billionth time.

There is a simple acrostic which might help you with your prayer life: A.C.T.S.
Acknowledgment - Acknowledging who God is.
Confession - Confessing your sins.
Thanksgiving - Offering thanks for the things you are grateful for.
Supplication - Lifting up the needs of others.

Why don't you show yourself
Why don't you heal anyone at all
Why do you let children die of starvation daily
Why are atheist correct in saying there is no evidence for you at all
