All you need is a dealer that will sell you one.

Second Amendment: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

This question is actually the type of question that should be issued on an IQ test, because many people will fail it, despite its severe simplicity.

    Can you solve it?

Each states has it's own laws.

    Generally speaking: you must have

An address (no PO Boxes or homeless)

Proof of age (handgun = 21, long gun/rifle = 18 in most states)

You need to be a Legal Resident or Citizen of the USA and that state. You'll need to show a state issued photo id like a Drivers License.

In some of the stricter states: No felony convictions, relatively clean criminal history otherwise

    No domestic violence convictions

    Clean mental health

Assuming you're doing it legally you need valid ID, pass a background check, and, of course, the cash.

You need money to pay for it.
