what temperature do you consider cold or hot in Fahrenheit?

    I live in Northern Ohio, In the winter, I don't consider it particularly cold unless the overnight low dips below 5 or 10 degrees, in the summer It's more like 55. Hot temperatures would be 90 or above.

    I live in Southern California. It starts to feel chilly to me when it gets below 55-60 degrees. It feels hot to me when the temperature is 95 or higher.

    Given in your question that humidity is moderate.

    Hot is above 80 f. Cold would be under 53f. But I don't like the cold ro begin with.

    Anything below 50 is cold to me. Above 80 is hot

    Cold is anything lower than 40 degrees, and hot is when it is over 90 degrees.
