It appears you have described the requirements for a specific program or game. Those components are probably no longer available as everything has been updated to much more powerful components. You'd probably need to spend between $500 and $1000 for a decent, mid level machine that'll last for several years.

your internet connection speed is not based on your build. it depends on your provider, and will be a monthly bill.

what game are you trying to play? for best results, you should not just get the minimum requirements, but a FASTER computer than required, so it will run well...

Those specs aren't particularly high by today's standards. Any decent gaming PC from the past 4-5 years should be able to run whatever game requires that hardware without much problem.

I figure around $600 will get you a good system that will run that mystery game without any problem.

You might want to check on Tom's Hardware (a computer website). They often have info on different builds, comparing various things and their relative costs.

You are looking at less than $200 for cpu, $75 for 16GB ram, less than $200 for video card, $75 for 500GB ssd, potentially under a $100 for 1080p monitor and $50 on average for internet service as high as 150mps.

You likely buy the hardware for less than $1000

    This is video games requirements?

If you go to a local computer store they could give you a quote for a new computer if you tell them your budget.
