What do I do if I start my period at school and there’s no pads or tampons?

    get some toilet paper and fold it up to use as a pad.

    I always used to carry a little purse in my school bag with a few pads and some paracetamol and ibuprofen

    Go to the nurse. Also with me I was allowed to lay down on a heating pad wheni went.

    Go to the bathroom, they usually have pad and tampon machines in the women's room.

    Ask a female friend or Teacher. For a pad.

    Very few males ever carry female pads. But, they occasionally do have some for their female friends.

    Always have supplies in your backpack, but otherwise use a wad of toilet tissue. The school nurse might have supplies in their office, it's worth asking.

      If there is a school nurse. Not all schools have them on site.
