Eat high fiber foods, such as whole wheat bread, oatmeal, ground flax seeds, chia seeds, beans, apples, etc.  Fiber is found in plant foods only.  Meat, milk and eggs have no fiber.

Eat Burritos and ride a really fast, scary roller coaster. That'll fix it pretty fast!

For me fresh blueberries atop a bowl of gluten-free cereal like raisin bran and milk will do it. I eat this pretty much every morning for breakfast. Couple hours later I'm good to go.

Drink a lot of water daily and if you like coffee or tea have a couple mugs a day. Caffeine can make ur poop just slip on out.

The fast west way is not the best or most pleasant of ways: use an enema. In the long term, drink more water (pure water, not pop)
