Many people including my daughter have achieved amazing results simply by putting on an accent.
I know this sounds too easy to be true, but any stutterer reading this really should try it. In my daughter s case, she adopted an "educated accent" which worked really well for her when she had to give talks as part of a medical degree. The results can be almost instantaneous. Just try it and let us know how you find it.

Hypnotherapy (hypnosis) . Many google references to this. Here’s one of many articles about it from an Australian father whose son was cured through hypnosis: https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.smh.com.au/lifest...

Yes...as far as I remember. Long time ago, there was an article about a DMSO/water solution; it seems to relax the muscles. I would try a glass of water and 1-3 ml DMSO. I never stuttered but use DMSO as a natural transport fluid for vitamins, oxygen and as a mild pain relief.

The best thing is singing. If you sing your words you do not stutter. It activates other parts of the brain.

psychology therapy likely helps in many cases like this.
The symptoms could be managed with medication as well, though unlikely cured.
