    Magic Johnson got married and had a son after announcing he was HIV+, so yes, it is possible.

    Yes, and many have. Modern medications keep the viral load low and prevent HIV from being transmitted to an infant.

      You are incorrect. Plenty of HIV-positive people have had biological children.

    Though if people with HIV have children there is usually a 50 percent chance the child will get HIV.

    With the newly available drug that combats contracting HIV during sex I suppose they could. It's still not 100% safe.
